Unless otherwise requested, the workshop takes place remotely and comprises two appointments of three hours each. The goal of the workshop is to jointly develop a concept for your data architecture, including an architecture sketch. We start with a preparatory meeting, including stakeholders and, if desired, project sponsors, in order to understand your expectations and requirements and to determine the concrete contents and the group of participants. In addition, the scheduling of the workshop and the presentation of the agenda are part of the preparation.

After the workshop, we prepare the results for you and make them available to you as a document and board.
