Process

Our data strategy workshop begins with a kickoff meeting where we discuss your expectations and requirements and extensively prepare the workshop dates to determine the specific content and group of participants. After narrowing your scope and gaining an understanding of your company and business strategy, we work with you to gather data use cases and conduct a maturity analysis. In the workshop, we then develop a target picture, discuss motivation and added value, and finally design your data strategy. In the follow-up, we create a BI roadmap and outline the next steps as well as an initial BI operating model that you receive fully documented.
